• Great Room: 13’ raised, coffered ceiling, custom chandelier sourced to replicate Amsterdam W Hotel design, Dekton stone fireplace surround for increased durability, arch details with custom built-in cabinetry

• Kitchen: 3-tone, maple cabinetry with shaker doors and paneled island. Cambria quartz countertops continue as the backsplash, a luxurious back drop for open shelving and custom hoodfan cover. Thermador appliances include induction cook top, paneled fridge with complementary, built-in wine fridge, wall-oven and speed oven with microwave capabilities. Kitchen flows through the Butler’s pantry with additional cabinetry and a built-in espresso machine. Spacious walk-in pantry located off the Butler’s Pantry with stand up freezer and shelving.
