Kimberley Homes values the relationships we have built with our Clients, our partners, and everyone in our community. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your New Home Expert, Client Concierge, or New Home Concierge with any questions you might have about your home, our homes, or our process during this time.
We are grateful to those of you who have entrusted us with building your new home. We take that trust very seriously, and we invite you to extend your trust in this situation we all find ourselves in. Throughout our office, sales, and field teams we have taken steps to ensure the health and safety of everyone who works for us, with us, and visits us.
The following precautions are currently in place:
- Set up employees to work from home as their position allows
- Implemented a “no visitor” policy to our head office
- Any team members feeling ill are required to stay home
- Changed all in-person office meetings to digital meetings
- Implemented 2-week self-isolation policy for Team Members returning home from travel outside of Canada
- Increased frequency cleaning of high touch surfaces
- Our trade partners have been instructed to physically distance from each other while on site, and to stay home if feeling ill or if they have recently traveled
SHOWHOMES – CHOOSE YOUR HOMEBUYING EXPERIENCE
Our showhomes are currently operating as per our regular hours. We will be restricting the total amount of visitors within our homes, stepping up our cleaning of high touch surfaces, and offering digital tours, meetings, and one-on-one VIP access as your comfort level dictates.

We are monitoring the situation constantly and making adjustments as necessary and as per Alberta Health Services recommendations and guidelines. We will continue to update this page with further information on how we are supporting our community.

With the rapidly changing situation surrounding coronavirus COVID-19, Kimberley Homes is releasing this statement to acknowledge the impact this virus is having on our local community, and our response as an organization.
While Alberta’s risk remains low, we know that the status of the virus can quickly change. At Kimberley Homes, the health and safety of our Clients and Team is at the front of our thoughts. We are committed to acting responsibly and appropriately in consideration to the level of risk that the virus presents to us in the coming weeks.
We are actively following the recommendations of Alberta Health Services to best manage the risks of coronavirus COVID-19 on our organization. Construction on your home is continuing at pace. Our Construction Team and Client Concierge are addressing any concerns arising on a case-by-case basis. We do not anticipate any illness-related delays to the building of your new home at this time.
We will be continuing to closely monitor the situation on a daily basis, following Alberta Health Services’ protocols as they are updated. Our single focus at Kimberley Homes is people and we will continue to act with care for each other and for our community, as we encourage you to do the same.
